One time we went on a park with my husband and friends and got to see this in action. The park caretaker even yelled at the dog owner who just ignored his dog's shit on the area. And really ignored! Girl... like nothing happened and even we all are staring at her. ( Yeah sorry she's a "SHE" ) And for this here in Toronto they banned dogs on the beach area because of this similar incidents of irresponsible dog owners.
